All the films of up to 15 minutes long can register in the GLOBAL
FESTIVAL OF FILMS ON PEACE & SPIRITULITY.All films must be submitted
with English subtitles if in a language other then English. Whichever
the original format (Film, analogical video, digital video, animation)
all films will be processed alike: using software approved by Annual
programmed without Frontiers, sent by Internet and lodged in auxiliary
servers for the evaluation of the Jury. If a film can be displayed at
the moment from Internet. Simply can be sent the link. Also there is
an option to sand a digital copy on line. For Producers who prefer the
traditional way, there is a DVD, CD-ROM Mini DVCAM, Mini DV submission
option, to our technical provider address, for digitizing, converting
to approve files, and uploading to Festival server. The Festival will
not arrangements at their own expense for double-system print
