1. Any documentry film produced after 1st january 2008, on any format - film or video.

2. Entries to be submitted only on DVD format along with the Cue Sheet giving all detail, including the Synopsis of the film.

3. Entries must be submitted no later than Monday the 16th November 2009.

4. The organizers shall have the right to appoint the Jury from amongst eminent personalities from the field of films.

5. The decision of the Jury shall be final, irrevocable and binding on all.

6. Multiple films may be submitted of one institute or one director.

7. There categories of films are :-

A. Films upto 10 minutes.
B. Films upto 30 minutes.
C. Films upto 1 hour.

8. There will be a simultaneous "Young Film Maker Festival" for students and first time film makers. Entries are invited from all Media Colleges/Schools/Institutes from across the country and abroad for this festival.

9. DVDs once submitted, are not returnable.

10. Each Entry must be accompanied by :-

A. 200 Word Synopsis
B. Two Stills from the film
C. Photograph of the Director of the Film
D. 100 word Bio-filmography of the Director
E. Consent of the Institute/Rights holder of the film.
